  • WHO IS PERMITTED TO CONDUCT INSTANT DRAW BINGO
    1. Instant Draw Bingo is to be played at bingo sessions and will be conducted by a minor gaming permit holder.
  • SALE OF TICKETS
    1. The game can be sold for a maximum of $2.00 per ticket.
    2. All tickets are to be sold singularly for the same price.
    3. Every ticket sold in a game shall have six (6) or eight (8) numbers (ranging between 1 and 30 or 1 and 90) printed on its face or front.
  • SUPPLY OF TICKETS
    1. Tickets will be supplied a supplier who is listed on the Roll of Recognized Manufacturers and Suppliers of Gaming Equipment.
    2. Tickets will be supplied in sets of 1 000.
  • OPERATION OF THE GAME
    1. Numbers between 1 and 30 or 1 and 90 will be drawn randomly utilizing bingo calling equipment as per the current bingo format (refer to the rules and conditions relating to the conduct of bingo). Numbers between 1 and 30 can only be used for the game "Mini Get Six and Win".
    2. Each number between 1 and 30 and 1 and 90 will only be drawn once.
    3. Numbers will continue to be drawn until a winner is declared.
    4. The first player to mark all numbers on their card and advise the caller that they have covered the required numbers from the draw will win.
    5. In the circumstance where a player has completed a ticket but has not noticed this fact until another player (or players) has won on a subsequent number, the prize for the particular game will be divided equally between the players concerned.
    6. Each set will have a unique serial number and will be individually numbered for accounting purposes. The numbers shall be announced to players immediately before the commencement of the game.
  • PAYMENT OF PRIZES
    1. In the event that there is more than one winner, the prizes will be divided equally.
    2. The prizes for each game in the session:
    3. Shall be paid only from the receipts deriving from the game;
    4. Shall not be less than fifty percent of the total gross proceeds derived from the game; and
    5. Shall be paid in cash as soon as practicable after the conclusion of each game.
    6. Goods are not permitted to be offered as prizes.
    7. If you are liable to pay tax on your turnover you may be eligible to claim a GST Rebate (refer to the back of the 'Taxation in respect of a minor gaming permit' form). Further information can be obtained from the Tasmanian Gaming Commission.
